About the role

Key responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Manage emails, messages and basic correspondence
• Organize digital files, documents and company records
• Schedule appointments, meetings and reminders

• Carry out basic online research and follow up on tasks to meet deadlines

Required profile

• High school diploma, diploma or equivalent; no previous experience required
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Familiarity with email, word processing and spreadsheets
• Good organization, time management, clear communication and attention to detail
• Responsible, reliable, able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment
