Remote Bilingual Customer Support (Turkish/English) - Music Streaming

About the role

Join a fully remote team supporting a leading music streaming platform. As the first point of contact, you will handle account, billing, and technical inquiries through inbound messaging in both Turkish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5‑6 simultaneous chat conversations with customers.
• Research knowledge‑base articles and apply detailed workflows to resolve issues.
• Switch quickly between multiple systems while maintaining accuracy.
• Balance speed, quality, and attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Adapt to evolving policies and procedures as the platform grows.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑volume inbound messaging customer support.
• Proven ability to handle at least 4‑6 simultaneous chats.
• Quick learner of new systems and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail while multitasking.
• Calm and organized in fast‑paced settings.
• Fluent communication in both Turkish and English.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system.
• macOS (Sequoia/Tahoe) operating system.
• ModSquad security software installation.
• Two‑factor authentication applications.
