Remote Marketing Manager – B2B Climate Tech

About the role

Werover is seeking a remote Marketing Manager to shape and lead its B2B marketing function. You will work closely with the founders and commercial team to promote the AI‑powered wind turbine monitoring solution across Europe, the UK, the Middle East and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Create customer success stories, case studies and technical blog articles for the renewable energy sector.
• Own and execute Werover’s LinkedIn strategy and manage the broader social media presence.
• Plan, launch and optimise B2B email campaigns targeting wind farm owners, operators, utilities and OEMs.
• Organise and host webinars, podcasts and customer interviews with industry experts.
• Transform technical content into engaging marketing assets across multiple formats.
• Coordinate external freelancers (design, video, SEO, content) to ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Track performance, analyse results and continuously improve campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in EnergyTech, ClimateTech, Industrial SaaS or DeepTech.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong ability to create technical content for specialist audiences.
• Confidence presenting webinars, podcasts or interviews.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics.
• Genuine interest in renewable energy and clean technologies.
