About the role

Pullman Istanbul Hotel & Convention Center is expanding its team and looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to join the front office and guest services areas. The positions involve interacting with guests, handling check‑in/check‑out processes, and ensuring a high level of service throughout the stay.

Required profile

Turkish citizenship (required)
Good command of English
Guest‑oriented mindset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work in shifts
Previous hotel experience is an advantage
