Pozisyon Hakkında

Sultanahmet'te bulunan butik otelimizde resepsiyon görevlisi olarak misafir karşılama ve hizmet sunma sorumluluğu üstlenecek bir ekip arkadaşı arıyoruz.

Temel Sorumluluklar

Müşterileri karşılamak, kayıt ve çıkış işlemlerini yürütmek.
Telefonları yanıtlamak, rezervasyonları yönetmek ve bilgi sağlamak.

Aranan Profil

İyi derecede İngilizce bilen.
Otel resepsiyon deneyimi olan.
Güçlü iletişim becerileri, güler yüzlü ve misafir memnuniyetine önem veren.
Dış görünümüne özen gösteren, takım çalışmasına yatkın ve sorumluluk sahibi.
Vardiyalı çalışma düzenine uyum sağlayabilecek.
