Temel Sorumluluklar

Resepsiyon süreçlerini yönetmek ve yürütmek
Misafirlerin talep ve şikâyetlerini karşılayarak memnuniyet odaklı hareket etmek
Rezervasyon işlemlerini yapmak

Aranan Profil

Turizm Otelcilik bölümü mezunu
Ön Büro tecrübesi
Yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce iletişimde güçlü
MS Office ve Opera sistemine hakim
Güleryüzlü, ekip çalışmasına yatkın
