Residences Concierge

About the role

The Residences Concierge provides personalized guest services to residence owners and their visitors, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience at the property. This role acts as the primary point of contact for requests ranging from transportation and reservations to special amenities and local information.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to owners’ and guests’ requests for information, transportation, reservations, dry‑cleaning and other services.
• Gather and provide detailed information about property amenities, local events and activities.
• Announce and authorize visitors, contractors and service personnel, managing access through the key‑track system.
• Answer, record and route all calls, messages and inquiries to the appropriate department (engineer, bellperson, housekeeping, etc.).
• Assist with owners’ reservation services (HRS) and schedule elevator usage for move‑in/out.
• Coordinate bell/valet services, perform lobby ambassador duties and maintain shift logs.
• Report incidents, accidents or unsafe conditions and follow safety training requirements.
• Uphold Ritz‑Carlton service standards, maintain confidentiality and present a professional appearance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 10 lb.
• Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to delivering the highest level of service excellence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems (e.g., HRS).
• Familiarity with key‑track access management.
