Retail Stylist – Customer Experience

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Retail Stylist to join its Adana store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create memorable shopping experiences by combining fashion expertise with exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Suggest outfit looks that reflect current trends and store promotions.
• Promote the Levi’s omni‑channel experience, including the Red Tab Loyalty program.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns and replenishment.
• Maintain compliance with all Levi’s store policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
• Enjoys a fast‑paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.
