About the role
The Rider Hiring Supervisor will lead courier recruitment and activation operations for Yemeksepeti in Istanbul. You will manage the Courier Contact Center, ensure business continuity, and drive improvements across the acquisition process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day operations of the Courier Contact Center, overseeing recruitment, application follow‑up, and activation.
- Monitor KPIs such as recruitment performance, conversion rates, and activation targets, and develop action plans.
- Allocate tasks, plan workforce, and improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze bottlenecks, lead process‑improvement initiatives, and report performance using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate closely with central teams, field operations, and other stakeholders.
Required profile
- Previous experience in call‑center or operations management, preferably in logistics or quick‑commerce.
- Proven team‑management and performance‑monitoring skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
