Robotic Process Automation Developer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated undergraduate student to join Bosch’s digital transformation team as a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer. You will work on real‑world automation projects, creating scalable solutions that streamline repetitive tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement end‑to‑end RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or KNIME.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues in daily RPA process execution.
• Maintain technical design and lifecycle documentation according to Bosch standards.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to analyse needs and propose intelligent automation options.
• Support customers and developers in automating manual processes and improving operational efficiency.
• Apply AI/ML concepts and modern AI tools, including LLM‑based solutions, where appropriate.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year student in Computer Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Available to work at least three days per week during the academic semester.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, Automation Anywhere or KNIME.
• Programming knowledge in Python, VBA or similar languages.
• Basic SQL skills and understanding of ETL processes.
