Sales Development Representative

About the role

TrendAI™ is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to generate qualified pipeline and book meetings across the Turkey market. This high‑energy, quota‑carrying position focuses on outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification, serving as the first point of contact between TrendAI and potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured outbound outreach via cold calling, email sequencing, LinkedIn/social selling, and account‑based campaigns.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing activities using defined frameworks and prioritize them for follow‑up.
• Research target accounts, map key stakeholders in IT, security, and executive functions, and execute multi‑threaded outreach.
• Deliver compelling first conversations that articulate TrendAI’s platform value and differentiate it from competitors.
• Book qualified meetings, hand off detailed opportunities to Account Managers, and maintain rigorous CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaign feedback, messaging effectiveness, and localisation for the Turkish market.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
• Native or fluent Turkish with strong professional English.
• Proven track record of outbound prospecting and meeting pipeline targets.
• Comfortable with high outreach volume, objection handling, and collaborative teamwork.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Outreach or SalesLoft.
• Use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and enterprise IT buying processes.
