Sales Engineer – Heat Pump

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Engineer specialized in heat pump solutions to join Viessmann Climate Solutions in Izmir. The role combines technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive sales growth in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve heat pump sales targets and increase market share in the Izmir region.
• Develop and maintain relationships with mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, dealers, and installers.
• Identify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline and conduct site visits.
• Prepare quotations, deliver technical presentations and negotiate contracts.
• Provide technical support and recommend optimal solutions based on customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and report insights to management.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and update sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with after‑sales and technical support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of sales experience in the HVAC sector, with proven heat‑pump product knowledge.
• Experience in project sales and dealer/channel management.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
• Good command of English is preferred.
