Sales Executive – AI & SaaS Solutions

About the role

Omtera is seeking a commercially‑driven Sales Executive to expand its AI and SaaS portfolio across EMEA. The role blends consultative selling with deep technical understanding, partnering with solution consultants and forward‑deployed engineers to deliver production‑ready AI deployments and subscription‑based services.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of AI deployment, SaaS subscription and professional‑services opportunities throughout EMEA.
• Identify and engage decision‑makers via outbound prospecting, networking events, partner referrals and inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery meetings to capture customer objectives, technical environments and commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with technical consultants to shape proposals, demos, pilots and deployment plans using platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, FinAI, Braze, Snowflake, Asana, Mixpanel and OneSignal.
• Drive the sales cycle from qualification through proposal, negotiation and closing, delivering clear commercial offers covering subscriptions, implementation and support.
• Maintain accurate opportunity data and forecasts in the CRM and nurture long‑term customer relationships to secure renewals, expansions and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Commercially ambitious with a strong desire to grow in AI and SaaS sales.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) for customer meetings, proposals and presentations.
• Ability to ask intelligent technical questions and translate business challenges into viable solutions.
• Either early‑career talent ready to develop quickly or an experienced account executive capable of owning opportunities independently.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI and Anthropic.
• Experience with voice and content generation tools like ElevenLabs.
• Knowledge of financial AI solutions (FinAI) and customer‑engagement platforms (Braze, OneSignal).
• Understanding of data and analytics tools (Snowflake, Mixpanel) and work‑management solutions (Asana).
