Sales Executive – Food Service

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz as a Food Service Sales Executive in the Marmara Region, based in Istanbul. You will work with a high‑performing team to grow coverage and profitability for food service distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sell‑in and sell‑out performance of assigned food service distributors, following commercial plans and objectives.
• Own the customer and distributor relationship, executing the sales plan to achieve volume, revenue, profit, and distribution targets.
• Review weekly/monthly performance, highlight opportunities and risks, and conduct business reviews.
• Support market activation and brand development within the Food Service channel.
• Identify new account potential, build a pipeline, and prepare annual agreements with key customers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, marketing, and commercial teams to improve forecasting, trade spend, and budget control.
• Guide and support distributor sales representatives to ensure execution excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of field sales experience, preferably in food service.
• Strong command of English and ability to communicate clearly.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the region.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
