Sales Executive – Istanbul

About the role

The Food Service Sales Executive will work in the Marmara Region, based in Istanbul, reporting to the Food Service Regional Sales Manager. The focus is on growing coverage and profitability for Kraft Heinz food‑service distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sell‑in and sell‑out performance of assigned food‑service distributors, executing commercial plans and day‑to‑day business.
• Own the customer and distributor relationship, delivering targets for sales volume, revenue, profit, distribution coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Review weekly/monthly performance, highlight opportunities and risks, and conduct monthly business reviews.
• Support market activation, brand development and new account acquisition in the food‑service channel.
• Prepare and follow annual agreements (JVP) with key customers and collaborate with supply‑chain, finance, marketing and commercial teams.
• Guide distributor sales representatives to ensure excellence in execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or trade marketing.
• Strong command of English and ability to communicate clearly.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
