Sales Executive - Istanbul

About the role

Join Kraft Heinz as a Food Service Sales Executive in the Marmara Region, based in Istanbul. You will work with a high‑performing team to grow coverage and profitability, delivering net sales value and distribution coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sell‑in and sell‑out performance of assigned food service distributors, executing commercial plans and day‑to‑day business.
• Own customer and distributor relationships, driving sales volume, revenue, profit, distribution coverage and customer satisfaction.
• Review weekly/monthly performance, highlight opportunities and risks, and support market activation to build brand performance.
• Identify market potential, establish new accounts, and prepare annual agreements with key customers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, finance, marketing and commercial teams to improve forecasting, trade spend and budget control.
• Guide and support distributor sales representatives to ensure execution excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or trade marketing.
• Strong command of English and ability to travel frequently within the region.
• Valid driving license.

• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
