Sales Finance Senior Specialist

About the role

Sanipak, a consumer goods company with more than 1,600 employees exporting its brands to more than 80 countries, is looking for a Senior Specialist in Sales Finance. The role works closely with Sales teams and customers to analyse financial performance, manage receivables and support profitability and cash flow.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous communication with Sales teams to carry out customer- and channel-based financial analyses.
• Work with customers to improve Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).
• Help manage collection processes across all sales channels.
• Manage Credit Insurance and Eximbank processes.
• Work with Sales and Trade Marketing on profitability and cash-focused performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with FP&A and Accounting on Balance Sheet and P&L processes.
• Take part in budgeting and forecasting.
• Prepare DSO reporting by customer category and sales channel.
• Analyse trade receivables within Statutory and IFRS reporting.
• Manage rebate and discount analysis and control, and fund reconciliation.
• Provide regular reports, analyses and financial insights to senior management.

Required profile

• University graduate from a relevant department.
• At least 4 years of experience in finance.
• Experience in current account / accounts receivable management.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Preferred: SAP experience.
• Preferred: knowledge of Power BI and MicroStrategy.
