Sales Manager – Flexible Packaging

About the role

Huhtamaki is seeking a Sales Manager for its Flexible Packaging business in Turkey. Based at the Esenyurt site in Istanbul, you will manage medium‑sized key accounts, develop sales strategies and drive revenue growth while ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medium‑sized key accounts in the flexible packaging sector.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and coordinate client‑related activities.
• Monitor business performance, including pricing, margin management and KPI analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar client‑facing role, preferably in flexible packaging.
• Demonstrated success in growing and maintaining key client relationships.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting targets.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using Salesforce (SFDC).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong presentation abilities with Microsoft PowerPoint.
