Sales Manager for Children’s Online Courses

About the role

We are looking for an Online Sales Manager to lead 50‑minute demo lessons for children aged 5–17 and their parents. You will present Kodland’s learning format to warm leads, guide families to the right course and turn interest into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct engaging online demo lessons via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Explain the curriculum and help families select suitable courses.
• Convert warm leads into enrolled students without cold‑calling.
• Build trust, address objections and motivate learners to start their journey.
• Maintain a reliable technical setup and work flexible afternoon/evening hours, including one weekend day.

Required profile

• Strong communication and persuasive abilities, preferably with sales or educational consulting experience.
• Advanced English proficiency for speaking with parents and students.
• Availability to work from 14:00 UK time onward, including evenings and one chosen weekend day.
• Reliable PC (8 GB RAM or more), webcam, headset and stable internet connection.
