Sales Manager – Medical Tourism (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

We are a US‑based medical tourism company linking international patients with leading clinics in Turkey for hair transplant, dental and plastic surgery procedures. As Sales Manager you will own the full sales cycle, handling warm inbound leads and guiding clients from initial contact to a closed deal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads generated via website, social media and referral partners – no cold calling.
• Understand client needs, present appropriate treatment options, address objections and close sales.
• Maintain high‑quality communication with clients throughout their journey.
• Track leads and sales activity, produce regular reports.
• Respond promptly to new inquiries, including evenings, to maximise conversion.

Required profile

• Proven track record of active sales in medical tourism with measurable results.
• Fluent, professional Russian and English – spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills, able to build trust and guide decisions without pressure.
• Based in Istanbul or elsewhere in Turkey and able to work in a Turkey‑friendly time zone.
• Comfortable handling a steady volume of inbound leads and shifting priorities.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,000 per month.
• 5 % commission on sales.
