About the role
Novakid is building the world’s best online education platform for children and seeks a Sales Manager to expand its English‑language courses in Turkey. You will contact prospective families by phone and chat, manage refunds, and help the company grow its presence across Europe and Asia. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from any location while supporting a fast‑growing ed‑tech business.
Key responsibilities
- Sell online English courses to Turkish clients via phone and chat.
- Handle refunds and related customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by management.
Required profile
- Fluent in English (minimum B2, preferably C1/C2).
- Advanced proficiency in Turkish (C1/C2).
- Proven experience in sales, ideally within language schools or education services.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to process large amounts of information.
- Responsible, multitasking, and comfortable working remotely.
- Experienced PC user with basic computer literacy.
