Sales Representative – Industry

About the role

Sika AG is seeking a Sales Representative for the industrial sector in Istanbul. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with commercial vehicle manufacturers across the Marmara Region, promoting Sika’s bonding, sealing and damping solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visit truck, bus, trailer and specialty vehicle producers to monitor projects and achieve regional sales targets.
• Identify new customers, drive business development, and increase market share.
• Analyze technical requirements, recommend suitable Sika products, and support project implementation with the Technical Service team.
• Prepare RFQs, commercial proposals, negotiate pricing and contracts, and coordinate order processing with internal departments.
• Provide regular market intelligence, competitor analysis and maintain accurate sales forecasts in SAP and CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience with chemical solutions such as adhesives and sealants.
• Previous technical sales or business development experience in transportation, automotive or industrial sectors.
• Strong customer relationship management and project‑based sales skills.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of adhesives, sealants and damping technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using SAP and CRM platforms for sales forecasting and order management.
