Sales Specialist – Online Programming Courses for Kids (Remote)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing international online school that teaches kids and teens digital skills. As a Sales Specialist you will guide families through live demo lessons, showcase the learning platform and convert warm leads into enrollments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 50‑minute online demo lessons for children aged 5‑17 and their parents.
• Present Kodland’s curriculum, answer questions and recommend the most suitable course.
• Build trust, handle objections and motivate families to start the program.
• Maintain a professional presence on Zoom or Google Meet during afternoon/evening hours, including one flexible weekend day.
• Track interactions and outcomes in the company’s CRM system.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication and persuasive abilities.
• Experience in sales, educational consulting or a related customer‑facing role.
• Advanced English proficiency, comfortable speaking with both parents and students.
• Reliable home office setup: PC with at least 8 GB RAM, webcam, headset and stable internet.
