Senior Account Executive - FINPRO

About the role

Marsh Turkey is looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to join its FINPRO team at the Istanbul office. The successful candidate will lead account management for a diverse range of clients, providing consultancy support to financial insurance lines.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultancy support to Financial Insurance Lines, advising senior stakeholders on complex matters
• Manage a client portfolio and deliver quality day-to-day service and administration of existing insurance contracts in line with Marsh's standards and procedures
• Deliver tailored insurance solutions for financial lines (D&O, Professional Indemnity, Property & Liability, Cyber Insurance and Marine Cargo)
• Handle client requests for insurance, renewals, policy modifications and consultancy services
• Solve client account issues and ensure the right messages are sent to clients
• Take part in client and prospect meetings
• Pursue new business opportunities for existing clients and prospects

Required profile

• University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in Finpro, corporate insurance or brokerage
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with advanced communication, presentation and training skills
• Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Advanced client management skills
• Understanding of compliance-related documentation and legislation
• Time management, organisation, flexibility and adaptability
