Strategy & Planning Analyst Graduate

About the role

Marsh People & Investments Turkey is looking for a Strategy & Planning Analyst to join its growing team in the Istanbul office. The role sits within an international, well-established company with a strong brand and results, offering the chance to work on both local and regional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing and presenting strategic plans, directions and programmes
• Help prepare regular progress reports on the planning cycle and its inputs
• Provide analytical support for routine planning submissions and liaise with other planning and analytical departments to confirm data interpretation
• Ensure priorities are met so planning schedules are kept, and take part in initiatives to improve reporting structures

Required profile

• University degree from a reputable university, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in insurance or brokerage (a must)
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively in a team, with advanced communication, presentation and training skills
• Energetic, self-motivated and result-oriented
• Professional attitude, good interpersonal skills, and ability to read compliance-related documentation and legislation
• Advanced time management, organisation, flexibility and adaptability

• Proficiency with MS Office applications
