Senior Account Manager – Field Sales (Turkey/MENA)

About the role

The ADI regional sales team is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to support regional accounts in Turkey and the MENA region. You will develop strategies to grow design wins, strengthen customer relationships, and drive long‑term profitable revenue growth while collaborating with field engineers and business‑unit specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers to understand product and architecture developments.
• Plan and ensure ADI product design‑in, increasing market share and driving revenue growth.
• Identify and manage new business opportunities, including startups, and convert them into design wins.
• Drive the end‑to‑end sales process from opportunity identification through negotiation, design‑in and design‑win.
• Collaborate closely with global account teams, technical support, marketing, product management and internal sales.
• Visit customers regularly, attend trade shows and industry events, and provide accurate reporting.

Required profile

• Degree in electronic engineering or related discipline (BEng, MEng, BSc, MSc).
• 3+ years experience in key‑account or global account management within the semiconductor industry.
• Fluent in Turkish (native) and English; additional Arabic is a plus.
• Valid driving licence and passport for frequent travel (≈50% travel).

Required skills

• Analog and mixed‑signal semiconductor expertise.
• Electronic engineering background.
