Senior Associate – International Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

About the role

Manyas & Partners is expanding its international arbitration and dispute resolution practice and seeks an experienced Senior Associate to work closely with partners on complex domestic and cross‑border commercial arbitrations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international and domestic arbitration matters through all stages, including ICC proceedings.
• Draft submissions, statements of case, legal opinions and other substantive documents.
• Analyse complex contracts, project documentation and evidential records.
• Conduct legal research, manage document production and evidential workstreams.
• Coordinate with foreign counsel, experts and professional advisers, and liaise directly with Turkish and international clients.
• Advise on recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards and related court proceedings.

Required profile

• More than five years post‑qualification experience in arbitration and dispute resolution.
• Substantial experience of international commercial arbitration, especially ICC.
• Strong grounding in commercial and contract law and ability to analyse complex factual records.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence to deal directly with clients, witnesses and external counsel.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office applications.
• Experience using electronic document management, legal research and document review tools.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted legal and productivity tools, applied responsibly.
