Senior Business Development Manager – Travel Tech

About the role

Nexo is a fast‑growing B2B travel technology platform seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to lead expansion in Turkey. You will represent Nexo’s SaaS solution to travel agencies, tour operators, OTAs, DMCs, hotel groups and technology partners, while building strategic relationships across the Turkish market and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities across Turkey and strategic international accounts.
• Sell Nexo’s SaaS platform to travel agencies, tour operators, DMCs, OTAs, hotel groups and travel technology companies.
• Build and nurture relationships with C‑level executives and key decision‑makers.
• Develop partnerships with channel managers, connectivity providers, CRS/PMS vendors and hotel technology firms.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signature.
• Represent Nexo at domestic and international travel trade shows (e.g., ITB Berlin, WTM London, Arabian Travel Market).
• Collaborate with Product and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product strategy.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of business development or enterprise sales experience in travel technology, travel distribution or hospitality software.
• Strong professional network within the Turkish travel industry.
• Proven experience working with OTAs, DMCs, hotel groups, airlines or travel technology providers.
• Comfortable attending international travel trade shows.
• Ability to engage executive‑level decision makers.
• Fluent English and self‑driven attitude for remote work.
