Senior Clinical Research Associate – Phase I Oncology (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior CRA II to support Phase I oncology studies on a Functional Service Provider basis. The role is home‑based in Turkey, with travel to sites as required.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits, ensuring compliance with regulatory, ICH‑GCP and protocol requirements.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in CRFs, and resolve queries remotely and on‑site.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Maintain Investigator Site Files, reconcile with Trial Master Files, and support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with project teams, sponsor representatives, and local regulatory staff to ensure study timelines and budgets are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Good Clinical Practice, ICH guidelines, and clinical monitoring of oncology studies.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
