Senior Consultant – Business Consulting, Ankara

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to join its Business Consulting team in Ankara. The consultant leads work streams and supports clients in accelerating business growth and streamlining operations, with a focus on policy research and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead work streams and formulate high-quality, sustainable solutions for clients
• Carry out complex quantitative research and analytic studies to support evidence-based policy-making
• Contribute to proposals, market research and the identification of business opportunities
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders, and manage client relationships
• Prepare and facilitate workshops, presentations and training for clients and colleagues
• Escalate risks and issues to the project manager with suggested mitigations
• Supervise and coach junior professionals
• Improve processes, tools and methodologies to ensure work efficiency

Required profile

• Relevant university degree, preferably in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Political Science or Business Administration; a master's degree is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience in management and strategy consulting for public sector clients (policy analysis, impact evaluation, economic research, market assessment)
• Experience with central and local governments and/or international financial institutions
• Excellent report writing, verbal communication and presentation skills in Turkish and English
• No travel restrictions inland or abroad
