Valuation, Modelling and Economics Manager

About the role

EY-Parthenon's Transaction Corporate Finance practice advises CEOs, boards, private equity firms and governments on mergers and acquisitions, private and public offerings, valuations, modelling, economic impact analysis, due diligence and financial consulting. It is looking to strengthen its Valuation and Modeling team at Manager level, with a team based in Ankara working with major corporate clients, financial institutions and multinational companies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute valuation projects and lead EY-Parthenon teams, managing interactions with client management and senior colleagues
• Help prepare deliverables such as reports, presentations and client discussions
• Work closely with the engagement lead, the client and the wider team to deliver high-standard work products
• Use logical thinking and creative problem-solving to resolve issues
• Assist senior team members in developing new business
• Coach others and share technical knowledge with the team

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering (Management or Industrial) or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in valuation, corporate finance, strategic planning, financial modelling or financial/debt advisory
• Strong commercial experience and/or relevant industry or transaction experience
• Proven track record of solving complex problems and completing challenging projects
• Experience managing client relationships to create new business opportunities
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English, with attention to detail
