Senior CRA II – Phase I Oncology Studies (Remote, Turkey)

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA II) to support Phase I oncology studies on a Functional Service Provider (FSP) basis. The position is home‑based in Turkey and involves remote monitoring of sites while ensuring compliance with regulatory and protocol requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, and close‑out visits remotely or on‑site, ensuring adherence to ICH‑GCP, GPP and protocol standards.
• Review source documents, verify data entered in case report forms, and resolve queries to meet timelines.
• Manage investigational product inventory, reconciliation, storage, and dispensing according to protocol.
• Document activities through trip reports, confirmation letters and maintain accurate Investigator Site Files.
• Support recruitment, retention and patient awareness strategies, and act as liaison between site personnel and the project team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, ICH‑GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% of the time when required.
