Senior Customer Care Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Care Engineer to join our growing Customer Care team. In this role you will act as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring inquiries are resolved efficiently and customers receive best‑in‑class support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and answer their questions via e‑mail, phone and help‑desk application.
• Communicate customer requests to the relevant departments.
• Provide the first point of contact for all client inquiries, support requests, and issue resolution.
• Become an expert in all products and pursue continuous learning opportunities.
• Offer ideas and suggestions to improve processes and quality.
• Provide application support for our products.

Required profile

• University degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical/Electronics).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Customer‑oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and work both independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and customer support abilities.
• Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in the digital and marketing‑tech environment is a plus.
• Willingness to work shift patterns and occasional weekends.
