Senior Data & Analytics Consultant

About the role

At Odensoft, we help organisations turn data into a strategic asset. As a Senior Data & Analytics Consultant you will lead the design and delivery of large‑scale data transformation programmes for enterprise clients across insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing and banking.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration processes using enterprise integration tools.
• Contribute to end‑to‑end enterprise data‑warehouse solutions, from data modelling to data flows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high‑quality data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and security across all systems.
• Establish data‑management best practices and standards across projects.
• Manage and optimise databases and data‑storage solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in data engineering or a similar role.
• Industry experience in insurance is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset, attention to detail and ownership.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL (mandatory) and PL/SQL (optional).
• Experience with data integration tools, preferably Informatica PowerCenter.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data modelling, dimensional and relational modelling.
• Proficiency in database optimisation and data‑governance practices.
• Hands‑on experience building ETL/ELT pipelines and enterprise data‑warehouse solutions.
