Senior ETL Developer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior ETL Developer to support the improvement and transformation of our existing ETL ecosystem. The role will focus on maintaining and enhancing current ETL processes while contributing to their migration to a new cloud‑based Data Lakehouse architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and understand the existing ETL architecture and data flows.
• Maintain, improve, and optimise ETL packages built with SSIS and Python.
• Identify and resolve issues in current ETL processes before migration.
• Support the transformation of ETL processes to align with the future Data Lakehouse design.
• Ensure reliability, performance, and continuity of daily data integration.
• Collaborate with the Data Architect, BI team, and stakeholders throughout the transformation.

Required profile

• 4‑5+ years of professional experience in ETL development or data integration.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proactive, self‑driven attitude with ability to take ownership.
• Intermediate to upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SSIS.
• Proficiency in Python for data pipelines.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
• Knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Lakehouse concepts.
