About the role

You will provide comprehensive support to the Honorary Chairman, handling both personal and business matters.

Key responsibilities

Efficiently manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Send reminders, follow up on action items, and handle incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence.
Provide organizational, logistical, general, and technical support across all processes.
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely follow‑up.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
