Senior Full-Stack Engineer – AI Medical Imaging

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join Nucs AI’s engineering team. You will help build the next generation of AI-powered medical imaging platforms that support cancer diagnostics and treatment planning.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable micro‑services using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Develop event‑driven pipelines with RabbitMQ to process large volumes of imaging data.
• Build robust FastAPI/Flask back‑ends for secure handling of patient data.
• Create production‑grade CI/CD pipelines on Google Cloud Platform with automated testing and monitoring.
• Design and optimise SQL data models, indexing and caching strategies for complex medical datasets.
• Integrate internal services with external healthcare standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
• Develop modern React front‑ends for clinical workflow interfaces.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack engineering experience delivering production software.
• Strong system design background with distributed systems and micro‑services.
• Hands‑on experience with DevOps practices, container orchestration and cloud platforms.
