Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Hopi is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead its visual identity and create high-impact designs that maximise brand value for Hopi and its partners. The role involves developing visual concepts from scratch for major brand partnerships, launches and marketing campaigns, and keeping the brand consistent across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts from scratch for Hopi's major brand partnerships, launches and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure consistent visual branding across all digital and offline channels.
• Create dynamic motion graphics, videos and GIFs for social media, digital ads and in-app platforms.
• Integrate AI design tools into the creative workflow to optimise design processes.
• Work closely with brand management, copywriters and marketing teams to turn ideas into high-quality visuals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional design experience; a mix of creative agency and in-house corporate experience is highly preferred.
• A diverse portfolio showing brand identity projects, social media campaigns and motion design.
• Ability to lead several projects at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Motion design experience is a plus
• Interest in emerging design trends, pop culture and digital innovation
• Curiosity about AI-driven design tools
• Experience with CRM, loyalty, fintech, advertising, retail or marketplace ecosystems is a plus
