Senior Graphic Designer (Motion & Packaging Focus)

About the role

A creative team is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with strong expertise in graphic design, motion design, video production and packaging design. Key responsibilities

• Create and develop visual content across digital, print, packaging and motion design projects.
• Produce engaging motion graphics and video content for various communication needs.
• Translate creative briefs into effective and visually compelling design solutions.
• Collaborate with relevant teams and stakeholders to deliver creative projects.
• Manage multiple design projects while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within an in-house creative team or agency.
• Solid experience in packaging design, with a strong understanding of digital and print design processes.
• Proven experience in motion design, video editing and short-form content production.
• Strong portfolio showing packaging, motion design and video production work; a current portfolio or work samples must be included with the application.
• Upper-intermediate English or above, and excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and maintain high creative standards.

Required skills

• Advanced Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro; advanced After Effects expertise highly preferred.
• Active use of AI-powered creative and design tools, with willingness to integrate emerging technologies.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and aesthetic sense.
