Senior Human Resources Specialist

About the role

UKX is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to join its Workforce & Talent Management Department in Istanbul. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment while also supporting broader HR functions such as employee experience and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycles: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and onboarding.
• Handle specialist, senior‑level and managerial hiring, collaborating closely with hiring managers to assess needs.
• Support employee operations, performance and talent management processes and contribute to HR policy development.
• Prepare HR reports, analyses and provide solution‑oriented assistance to employee and manager inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3‑4 years of professional HR experience, with strong recruitment and talent acquisition background.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, analytical, organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications.
