About the role
As part of Aras Kargo’s IT transformation, you will join the System & Network team to design, build and operate a resilient on‑premise, cloud and hybrid infrastructure that supports more than one million daily shipments across Turkey.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimise high‑availability, scalable system architectures (on‑premise, cloud, hybrid).
- Define, test and maintain backup and disaster‑recovery strategies in line with ISO 27001 and KVKK.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot Tier‑3 issues and resolve bottlenecks.
- Execute security hardening, patch management and access‑control processes.
- Develop scripts and Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions to automate routine administration.
- Lead end‑to‑end infrastructure projects, produce technical documentation and mentor junior staff.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Software, Electrical or related engineering.
- 8‑10 years of hands‑on system administration and infrastructure management.
- Advanced written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Windows Server administration – AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, CA, IIS.
- Linux/Unix (RedHat, Debian, Oracle Linux) and Bash scripting.
- VMware vSphere/ESXi – clusters, vMotion, HA, DRS.
- Cloud platforms – AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
- Container basics – Docker, Kubernetes.
- SAN/NAS storage – NetApp, Dell EMC, HPE, IBM.
- Infrastructure‑as‑Code and automation tools.
