Senior Machine Learning Engineer – MLOps & LLM

About the role

Join Doktar to build AI‑powered products for agriculture, sustainability and food systems. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer you will strengthen the ML platform, MLOps capabilities and scale production LLM applications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead evolution and standardisation of production ML/AI architecture on Azure.
• Strengthen CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, observability and infrastructure‑as‑code.
• Establish standards for model/data versioning, experiment tracking and reproducibility.
• Design reliable deployment, rollback, recovery and incident‑response processes.
• Set production standards for LLM applications, including RAG, evaluation, tracing, security, latency and cost management.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience with production ML systems.
• Advanced Python skills and experience building production APIs and batch workflows.
• Strong cloud architecture experience, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD, containerisation, automated testing, IaC and observability.
