Senior Manager, Virtual Account Management

About the role

The Head of Virtual Account Management (VAM) in Turkey leads a team managing longtail accounts across BPOs and the Center of Excellence (COE). The role focuses on optimizing account performance, driving advertising revenue and increasing deal value from longtail vendors. It is a full-time position based in Istanbul.

Key responsibilities

• Drive advertising revenue from longtail accounts and raise Average Revenue Per Account (ARPA) through upselling, cross-selling and tailored promotions
• Analyze vendor performance and increase deal value and partnership longevity
• Lead and oversee VAM teams across BPO and COE, set performance objectives and foster a collaborative team culture
• Use analytics to segment accounts, prioritize outreach and design targeted campaigns, monitoring KPIs such as revenue growth, deal value and penetration
• Partner with Process Design, Analytics and Growth teams and act as the central contact for VAM topics

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, business development or revenue generation in technology, e-commerce or FMCG
• Proven experience in BPO, shared service centers and process design
• Experience in a regional team managing stakeholders across several EU markets is a plus
• Self-motivated, with ownership of projects and goals, and good communication with diverse teams
• Project management skills and ability to work independently
