Senior Mobile Business Manager

About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Mobile Business Manager to support the commercial growth of its mobile ecosystem, develop strategic business partnerships and help expand mobile distribution and acquisition opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and improve mobile app traffic performance across user acquisition channels, explore new traffic opportunities and expand successful channels.
• Coordinate the planning, implementation and performance tracking of mobile marketing campaigns, including the preparation and delivery of creative materials.
• Oversee mobile app integrations with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust and Branch.
• Build and maintain relationships with device manufacturers (OEMs), app stores, advertising networks and traffic partners, and lead commercial negotiations from first contact to final agreements.
• Work with product teams to define and prioritise business needs that strengthen acquisition results.
• Contribute to market research, competitor analysis and the evaluation of potential business opportunities.
• Analyse campaign results and performance data to recommend improvements to ROI and user acquisition metrics.
• Oversee marketing spend and distribute advertising budgets across acquisition channels.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Computer Science, Web Science or another relevant field.
• More than five years of experience in mobile business development, strategic partnerships or digital growth, including mobile user acquisition and performance marketing.
• Proven track record of large-scale mobile growth initiatives, including advertising investments of $500K per month across multiple distribution channels.
• At least two years of hands-on experience developing strategic partnerships, leading commercial negotiations and formalising agreements.
• Ability to develop, allocate and oversee marketing budgets.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of the mobile advertising industry and an extensive network with traffic providers, OEM partners and creative agencies.
• Strong organisational skills and project management capabilities.
