Senior Mobile Growth Specialist

About the role

An Istanbul-based app studio building AI-powered consumer apps for the US market is looking for a Senior Mobile Growth Specialist to build and own its growth operation from zero, covering strategy, execution and profitability. It is a hands-on role, not a people-management position.

Key responsibilities

• Research the US market, analyze competitors, plan launches and decide where marketing budgets go
• Run Meta, TikTok, Google Ads and Apple Search Ads campaigns personally, optimizing for profitable growth
• Find winning hooks, write briefs and drive production with the design and AI teams
• Analyze onboarding, paywalls, pricing, trials and subscriptions, propose UX improvements and run A/B tests
• Own attribution, funnels, CAC, ROAS, LTV and unit economics, and decide what to test, scale or stop
• Use AI daily to automate workflows, speed up research and creative production and support decisions

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands-on mobile growth or performance marketing experience
• Experience launching multiple consumer apps from zero and growing several products at once
• Proven ability to scale apps profitably, not just acquire users
• Strong English
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, proactive and comfortable taking full ownership

Required skills

• Paid acquisition and subscription monetization
• Paywall optimization and attribution
• AI-native approach to work and automation

Bonus: experience with app studios, ASO, AppMagic, Sensor Tower, UGC and SQL.
