Senior Operations Coordinator

About the role

Radiometer Turkey seeks a Senior Operations Coordinator to oversee daily warehouse, logistics and inventory activities, ensuring reliable inbound and outbound flows, accurate documentation and compliance with quality, EHS and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily warehouse operations including receiving, put‑away, picking, packing and dispatch coordination.
• Maintain accurate system transactions, delivery notes, returns, transfers and shipment records.
• Conduct inventory control tasks such as cycle counts, stock checks, expiry/lot/serial tracking and discrepancy investigations.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Quality/Regulatory and logistics partners to resolve delivery and documentation issues.
• Ensure timely order‑to‑delivery execution and uphold SOPs, quality, EHS and audit‑ready documentation.
• Assist with ERP/WMS updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives like DBS, 5S and visual management.

Required profile

• High school diploma, vocational qualification or associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in warehouse operations, logistics support or inventory control.
• Experience in a regulated, quality‑controlled environment (medical device, diagnostics, pharma) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent Turkish; working English preferred for internal communication and documentation.

Required skills

• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP, WMS or inventory transaction tools.
