Senior Project Management Specialist

About the role

Aras Kargo is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist to support the design, planning, implementation, monitoring and closure of company-wide projects. Reporting to the Director of Business Development, you will help drive transformation and change management initiatives across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze project needs, define requirements and prioritize new project and development requests.
• Collaborate with the IT team to prepare and track project plans, ensuring alignment between business and technology.
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets, delivering detailed progress, cost analysis and timetable reports.
• Gather regular updates from project teams, identify potential obstacles and facilitate update meetings.
• Monitor project performance, produce visual and written status reports, and communicate progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) with at least 3 years of business development or project/change management experience.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, capable of preparing executive‑level reports and presentations.
• Advanced time‑management, planning, problem‑solving and budgeting abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with MS Project is a plus.
• Project management certification (preferred).
