Senior Project Manager (Russian Speaking)

About the role

Commencis is looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join its PMO team. The role leads, coordinates and monitors projects so they are delivered successfully, in line with company strategy and within budget, timeline and scope.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, execute and monitor projects to ensure successful delivery.
• Ensure projects align with company strategy, goals and commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, revising them as requirements change.
• Deliver projects within budget, timeline and scope, and identify and mitigate risks proactively.
• Make sure deliverables meet quality standards and improve processes continuously.
• Work closely with Product Management, Design and Engineering teams.
• Identify, acquire and allocate resources and assign responsibilities.
• Act as main contact for daily client communications, set client expectations and develop new business with existing clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; an MBA or master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT and project management.
• Experience on international projects.
• Fluency in Russian and English, written and spoken.
• Strong quality mindset, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of software development processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
• Analytical problem-solving and understanding of competitive products.
