Senior Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our hospitality team and deliver a warm, professional first impression to every guest. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring smooth check‑in and check‑out processes while supporting a high‑standard guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a personalized, courteous welcome and manage the reception area.
• Handle check‑in/check‑out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries efficiently.
• Address guest complaints promptly, aiming for swift resolution and satisfaction.
• Recognize regular and VIP guests, noting preferences to tailor service.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Maintain accurate, confidential guest records and ensure compliance with privacy policies.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑of‑house role with strong guest service standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Team player with leadership abilities to guide junior staff.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional, memorable guest experiences.
