Senior Site Activation Specialist / Contract Negotiator

About the role

IQVIA is seeking two professionals for its Turkey operations: a Senior Site Activation Specialist and a Contract Negotiator. Both positions support country‑level activities related to site activation, start‑up, and clinical trial agreements, ensuring timely study initiation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site activation, feasibility, site identification, and start‑up activities in accordance with local regulations, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Serve as the single point of contact for investigative sites, Site Activation Managers, Project Management teams, and other internal departments.
• Manage clinical trial contracts and budgets, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Distribute completed documents to sites and internal project team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (for Site Activation) or Law (for Contract Negotiator).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical trial submissions (MoH and Ethics Committee applications) or clinical trial contract negotiations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills to work with co‑workers, managers, and sponsors.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience with clinical trial submissions to Ministries of Health and Ethics Committees.
• Knowledge of clinical trial contract negotiation and management.
